At the end of this season we are going on tour to Salamanca, and so our whole season is inspired by the great composers of Spain and Latin America.
We start our 59th year with a concert of a capella music by master of the Renaissance Tomás Luis de Victoria and his contemporaries with links to the Cathedral of Salamanca.
Alongside this timeless music, we sing works by British composers of the Victoria era - including Lux Aeterna, a choral reimagining of Elgar's Nimrod from the Enigma Variations.
