FREE taster session with the Broughton Astley Rock Choir
Ever wondered if there is a 'local ladies choir near me or nearby'?
The Leicester Rock Choir is led by Leicestershire based musician and teacher Sarah Stephens. We have a great year lined up and we would like to invite you to join our choir and take part in the local Leicester and wider Leicestershire community. We are part of the pioneering Rock Choir singing groups. We often team up with the other local Leicestershire choirs to perform live in groups of any size, 100, 500 and even and even 12,000 at the O2 arena in Summer 2013. These inspirational moments are unique to the Rock Choir experience. It's unbelievable and you can still join the choir.
Joining a choir can be a brave step to take for some and in light of this Sarah tries to make it as easy as possible for you by giving the opportunity to have a FREE taster session and then to have a chat with him about singing. Rock Choir is the leading group in community singing. We launched our FREE choir taster sessions back in 2005 and have 21 years experience giving members of the public who are new to community choirs the chance to try joining a choir without the need to audition or read music.

Rock Choir is a winner of the Red Ribbon 'Big Heart' Award. and holds 1 former and 2 current Guinness World Records. The choir is also credited with single handedly starting the contemporary choir movement.
