Ever wondered if there is a 'local ladies choir near me or nearby'?
The Skegness Rock Choir is led by local musician Lulu Grainger. We support a number of local charities, raising money and awareness around Lincolnshire and as a choir we also join up with other branches of Rock Choir to support national charities such as Missing People and both Comic and Sport Relief with flash mobs, fundraising events and performances.
Whether you only sing in the shower or along to your car radio, or whether you see yourself belting out a showstopper at Wembley Arena (which we did! - for the ITV1 documentary 'The Choir that Rocks'), there's a place for you in the Skegness Rock Choir. With no singing audition or need to read music, anyone can come along to a FREE taster session and see what all the fuss is about!
Here is a quote about our choir - 'It's all been said already, but Rock Choir is just the best, most fun and most uplifting experience ever. The more people that join, the happier this country will be. ' - Teresa (Rock Choir member)
Rock Choir is a winner of the Red Ribbon 'Big Heart' Award. and holds 1 former and 2 current Guinness World Records. The choir is also credited with single handedly starting the contemporary choir movement.
