Throughout the day, we’ll roll up our sleeves and get hands-on with the magic of fermentation. You’ll craft your own kimchi-style cabbage and experiment with a range of other ingredients that are easy to fold into daily meals. Together, we’ll prepare a vibrant, gut-loving feast designed to make your microbiome sing.
