You are greeted at the front by a mature lavender garden, enclosed with a box hedge. To the side a walled yard with cordoned apple, pear and fig trees. Passing through a wrought iron gate a formal Victorian garden awaits with four separate beds. In the centre is a water feature created from a recommissioned factory wash station. The garden is enclosed with hawthorn hedges and features many peonies, a large china girl and a white cornus.
