Belvoir Castle - Open Garden for NGS
The striking Regency castle sits proudly overlooking the beautiful Vale of Belvoir and is surrounded by Capability Brown landscape. The plans to the ten hectares of pleasure gardens originally designed by Harold Peto have only recently been rediscovered with all the classic hallmarks of the designer. The roses in the garden today are the design of Emma, the current Duchess of Rutland. Flat shoes essential and steep climb to Castle.
