Wollaton Hall Walled Garden - Open Garden for NGS
Tours of Wollaton Hall's Walled Garden near Nottingham give visitors an opportunity to see the restored 4 acre site with 12ft high walls and Head Gardeners Cottage built between 1783 and 1788. The Hall is an Elizabethan country house of the 1580s standing on a hill in Wollaton Park. The surrounding parkland has a herd of deer, and is regularly used for large-scale outdoor events.
