23 Hid's Copse Road - Open Garden for NGS
The garden surrounds a house built in the early 1930s (not open) on a ½ acre plot. Designed to be wildlife friendly, it has a kitchen garden, two ponds with frogs and newts, a wildflower meadow and woodland areas under many trees. Small winding paths lead to areas to sit and contemplate. The planting is dependent on the area within the garden, and a special treat are the snowdrops in early spring.
