FREE taster session with the York Rock Choir
If you are wanting to learn to sing you'll find a warm welcome with us in the York Rock Choir.
The York Rock Choir is led by local musician Kate Peters. The choir is for all ages and all the local North Yorkshire branches of Rock Choir, like ours come together to do incredible performances like the 11,000 seat Wembley Arena that ITV1 asked to film for the Rock Choir documentary 'The Choir that Rocks' and Guinness World Record attempts (the choir members have 3 world records!) and community events too like the local North Yorkshire music and food festivals.
Rock Choir offers the chance to sing pop, rock and Motown songs together in a comfortable, unauditioned way. There are a minimum of 10 singing sessions a term with lots of extra FREE rehearsals in the year to get you happy and ready to do the really fun bit - sing and perform as a choir, and any commitment you make fit easily around the main holiday times in the year.
