Your friendly local Middleton choir is run by vocal coach Xander-Jaymes Le Petit. The choir is for all ages and all the local Heywood branches of Rock Choir, like ours come together to do incredible gigs like the 9,500 seat Liverpool Arena and Guinness World Record attempts (The Rock Choir members have got 3 world records and even had personal certificates arranged for them) and community events too like the local Heywood music and food festivals.
Joining a choir can be a brave step to take for some and in light of this Xander-Jaymes Le tries to make it as easy as possible for you by giving the opportunity to have a FREE taster session and then to have a chat with him about singing. Rock Choir is the leading group in community singing. We launched our FREE choir taster sessions back in 2005 and have 21 years experience giving members of the public who are new to community choirs the chance to try joining a choir without the need to audition or read music.
