Life is busy, that's why these 30-minute classes are designed to fit perfectly into your day. You can choose to join one, combine two (60 minutes), or go all in with all three (90 minutes) for a full-body experience.

9:30am – Pilates
Blend controlled, Pilates movements with resistance bands to improve stability, posture, and full-body strength. A balanced, empowering workout suitable for all levels.
10:00am – Yoga Flow
Flow through 30 minutes of continuous movement that builds heat, improves circulation, and enhances focus. Move with intention, release stress, and leave feeling centered and refreshed.
10.30am – Yoga Stretch
Unwind with deep yoga stretches designed to soothe the body, calm the mind, and restore balance. End the class with a peaceful guided meditation to leave you feeling deeply relaxed and restored.
