LOROS Twilight Walk 2026
Walk. Sparkle. Make a difference
Step into the night where the whole city shimmers at this year's dazzling 10K Twilight Walk.
Our Glitter and Glow theme promises a magical, uplifting celebration all in support of LOROS Hospice. Whether you’re walking in memory of someone special or simply soaking up the feel-good atmosphere, this is your moment to take part in something truly meaningful.
It’s a chance to come together, light up the streets of Leicester, and sparkle for someone special or simply because this night means something to you. Everyone is welcome, whether your loved one was cared for at LOROS or not.
This year, we’re starting and finishing at De Montfort University’s Vijay Patel Building from 7pm, taking you through the heart of Leicester, and around Victoria Park.
Every walker receives their official Twilight Walk t-shirt, the perfect canvas for you to customise with the name of someone special or a message of love. As the walk begins, these t-shirts become a symbol of unity. Every step sparkles with love. Every mile shines with hope.
You can expect a feel-good experience from start to finish, including a sparkly send off with music, lights and atmosphere. In the entertainment village, you’ll find glitter stations and photo props to keep the energy high.
In 2026, we’re aiming to smash the incredible £106,000 raised by Twilight Walkers in 2025! By setting up your JustGiving page and fundraising, you can make a huge difference to terminally ill patients and their families across Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. That’s why we’re challenging all our Twilight Walkers to raise £50 in sponsorship.
