PASSIA is a new composition by Liz Dilnot Johnson which reimagines the Passion story from the perspective of 5 women at the foot of the cross. Through music which is tender, uplifting, beautiful and challenging the events of Good Friday are retold through women's voices. The new composition will be performed by renowned professional ensemble Papagena, joined by an upper voice choir from the University of Warwick and Encoro. The programme lasts one hour and will also include a short selection of Lenten motets.
