Set in the church and churchyard of Tathwell, a lovely village in the Lincolnshire Wolds, this popular arts and crafts exhibition is in its 36th year. The church displays paintings, prints, unframed works and greetings cards by 35 - 40 local artists and a local bookseller sells quality second-hand books.
In tents and marquees in the churchyard a variety of further crafts - glass, jewelry, tatting, upholstery, leathercraft - may be demonstrated and sold. The local scouts operate a tombola. And, most popular of all, a marquee serves cheese and wine on the Friday evening and home-made cakes, sandwiches, snacks and cream teas for the whole of the three other days.
