One of Shakespeare’s most popular comedies, this enchanting tale of romance, magic, and mischief is perfect for summer. The Duke of Athens, Theseus, is set to marry Hippolyta, Queen of the Amazons, but their celebrations are disrupted by Egeus, who demands his daughter Hermia marry Demetrius. In love with Lysander, she refuses and faces death or life in a convent. She and Lysander flee, pursued by Helena and Demetrius, into a mystical forest ruled by the feuding fairy King and Queen, Oberon and Titania. With meddling fairies, magic spells, and a group of bumbling tradesmen rehearsing a play, chaos unfolds!
