SUMMER T'AI CH'I CLASSES: WHAT TO EXPECT:
A warm welcome into a friendly group, with a non-judgemental approach to exploring
the art of T'ai Ch'i. This beginner's class is for you if you are intrigued by T'ai Ch'i, and
wondering if it might be just what you need in these times of challenge and uncertainty.
T'ai Ch'i is about the dance of life. For each of us, this is a different experience. It is about
finding YOUR own personal T'ai Ch'i, deepening your relationship with yourself.
The key to learning is patience, progressing at your own pace - the treasures lie along the
way and will be missed if you try to rush the process.
An invitation into the timeless, you will be surprised by how enjoyable it can be - to be in
the moment with yourself without judgement and with a spirit of enquiry.
Classes include:
Zhang Zhuang (Standing Meditation)
QiGong (Iron Shirt Ch'i Gong)
TuiShou (Pushing Hands)
Taijiquan (T’ai Chi Ch’uan) Yang stlyle hand forms
Summer classes commence on Tuesday 19 May and run for 14 consecutive weeks.
The class will then move to an indoor venue for autumn onwards, returning to the vineyard at the end of April next year.
