Creation Theatre's Puppets & Masks Workshop (7-11)
This May we have a programme of one day masterclasses – young people can join us for a single day or the full week. There are two age groups: 7-11 years (primary) and 11-16 years (secondary). Workshops take place at Wolvercote Primary School, OX2 8AQ.
Ages 7-11: Puppets and Masks – Participants will spend the session designing and creating their own custom masks and puppets before diving into the performance side. They’ll learn the physical acting techniques needed to use masks in a dramatic performance and discover how to give a puppet its own unique voice and personality. It’s the perfect mix of hands-on crafting and dramatic play.
