BEGINNERS TAI CHI: YANG 24-STEP FORM (EAST FINCHLEY METHODIST CHURCH HALL)
This Yang style tai chi form (set of movements) is a 'standardised' form in that it is performed in the same way throughout the world. We will also do some QIGONG exercises.
JAMES DREWE is an experienced teacher and practitioner. He has been studying tai chi & qigong for 52 years, and has been teaching for 40 years.
He is the author of 3 books on tai chi, and is both a qualified acupuncturist and secondary school teacher (PGCE).
He is a member of the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain.

Wednesdays: 12.00-12.55pm.
COST: Taster session is £5 (doesn't have to be the 1st class).
There is a COURSE FEE ,which varies depending upon the length of the course (10-14 weeks), from which the £5 is deducted.
If you take more than one course, you only pay 50% of any other course fee.
