Awareness Through Movement classes in the lovely room at the Rosendale allotments in Dulwich.
Introducing the method developed by Moshe Feldenkrais, the sessions explore how to move with more ease and efficiency, and also help you feel calmer, breathe more easily and awaken your creativity.
Suitable for all adults. Classes are mostly mat based although the movements can be adapted to sit on a chair.
This method is valuable for those finding moving less comfortable than in the past and is also often practiced by gardeners, dancers and musicians -all those who need to keep moving!
