Eboracum East Corner Tower Open Day
Heritage Open Day: Come and see the East Corner Tower of the Roman fortress of Eboracum excavated 100 years ago by Professor Steuart Miller, and meet the CYC Ancient Monuments Team. Open between 10:00 and 16:00 with guided tours 11:00, 13:00 and 15:00. The remains of the Roman East Corner Tower of Eboracum will be open to visitors for the day. Come and meet the City of York Council Ancient Monuments Team and learn about the historic excavations carried Professor Steuart Miller 100 years ago and our research and management of the city walls today.
