Open Garden - Tresillian House, Melton Mowbray
Garden open to the public in aid of National Garden Scheme and raising funds for the Melton Mowbray Rotary project to refurbish a primary school in Tacloban, Philippines. 3/4 acre garden includes large blue cedar trees, snake bark Japanese acer and other varieties in their autumnal colours. Hot soup and cobs served at lunchtime, cream teas and home-made cakes in the afternoon.
