Atmospheric Effects of Vulcanism with Dr Catherine Hayer.
Dr Catherine Hayer is a researcher in the physics department of the University of Oxford and a first timer to the Rooms. She uses satellites to look at volcanic emissions into our atmosphere: to make sure that planes don't fly into ash clouds (generally a good thing to avoid!) and because it is really interesting scientifically if you're trying to understand eruptions better.
