Sunday Afternoon Walk - Taking the Turnpike to the Workhouse

Gentle family-friendly Sunday afternoon walk lead by Christine Smith 'Taking the Turnpike to the Workhouse'. Traces the old route of the turnpike and will discover the social lives, hardships and entertainments of those who lived in earlier times. Meet at Strutt's North Mill at 2pm. back by about 4pm.

Walk starts at 2om prompt, Mill museum open 11am to 4pm.
Adults £4 accompanied children under 16 FREE.
