This course is a simple foraging walk where we expect to be able to identify a selection of edible and poisonous wild plants, mushrooms flowers and fruits. We’ll also be providing a wild food based meal at the end of the course to include some of what we find. We’ll stop for some tasty wild food treats along the way such as our wild food soup and some elderflower champagne.
