Heritage Open Day: View the recently restored Exeter Dissenters Graveyard. ‘Dissenters’ was the term for a range of Protestant sects who broke away from or were expelled from the Anglican Church during and after the Civil War. This small graveyard accommodated perhaps 2,000 burials. The restoration of the Graveyard allows viewing of rebuilt and repaired memorials.
