City Gates, Lady Herbert's Garden, Coventry CV1 1JQ Heritage Open Day: Cook Street and Swanswell Gates will be open to visitors from 1300 – 1600 on Sunday 21 September Cook Street Gate (1385) and Swanswell Gate (1440) are the only surviving gates of Coventry’s city wall, constructed between 1356 and 1534.
