The Regency Town House, 13 Brunswick Square, Brighton & Hove BN3 1EH Heritage Open Day: The artist William Hamlet the Elder (c.1749-1822) described himself as being, 'From Abroad...' and as '...the most singular artist in the Kingdom'. We now know that Hamlet was of African descent. Join us to learn about him and his family.
