This often-overlooked transformation has a name: matrescence. Root & Bloom’s third session — Relationship Boundaries & Support — is a gentle, trauma-informed space designed to help you navigate the changes in your relationships during pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood. All sessions offer: ? Calm, grounding practices to support your nervous system ? Evidence-informed insight into the emotional journey of motherhood ? Space to reflect and share (only if you feel comfortable) ? Practical tools to take away and use in daily life ? Connection with other women navigating motherhood Who is this for?
