The Pales Quaker Meeting House, near Llandegley, Llandrindod Wells
This residential course in the heart of the Mid Wales is for storytellers with some experience who would like to make their performances more vivid, dynamic and varied. We will be working on freeing the body and voice so we can fully inhabit the story we are working on and bring it to life for an audience.
The 2.5 hour Pilates workshop is suitable for beginners as well as those who have experienced Pilates previously. It is appropriate for all levels of fitness, all adult ages, and both men and women are welcome to join.
The Padraig Lalor Band will be performing a mix of original and Irish Traditional tunes and songs, in their show ’Belfast Songs and Stories’, at Hall Barn at the Bleddfa Centre. Bar opens 7pm. Tickets £8.
Padraig will perform as part of a 4 piece band, including guitar, vocals.
