Wray Castle - Running at Wray Castle

Enjoy running in the grounds of Wray Castle with these fun running sessions, led by experienced leaders. You'll get helpful tips and techniques for running off-road and there'll be different drills every week to develop skills, confidence and fitness. These friendly sessions are great for runners at all levels and ages. Booking Not Needed. Children aged 12 and over are welcome.
