In this afternoon workshop you will find out how your shoulders and hips can move together harmoniously and how your feet can push off clearly with each step to make walking easier.
We will use the subtly powerful floor-based movement lessons of the Feldenkrais Method®, which allow you to access more of your potential for living with increased vitality and ease, through developing your sensory self-awareness.
