Learn how to improve the moveability of your ribs, chest and abdomen to make breathing easier. As we begin to let go of ingrained patterns of muscular holding we often feel calmer and more at ease.
In this afternoon workshop we will use the subtly, powerful floor-based movement lessons of the Feldenkrais Method®, which allow you to access your potential for living with increased vitality and ease, through expanding your awareness of yourself.
