Coleridge Cottage - A Georgian Christmas
Celebrate Christmas Georgian style, with garlands, spice bags, gingerbread men, and an open log fire. Garlands, spice bags, gingerbread men, and of course some Christmas carols... Coleridge Cottage transforms for a cosy 18th century Christmas.
You can make your own gingerbread men and decorations to take home, do a spot of Christmas shopping in our shop, or warm yourself beside the open log fire, whilst finding out more about the Cottage's famous resident: Samuel Taylor Coleridge.
Wintry poetry readings take place twice a day, at 12.30pm and 3pm, beside the fire in the Second Parlour. Booking Not Needed.
