3+ acres with many mature trees as well as unusual trees planted recently, e.g. Hoheria, Cornus mas, Nyssa. Herbaceous borders, shrubberies, vegetable/fruit area. Bog garden using a natural spring and 2 ponds attract dragon flies. Disused shale tennis court is becoming a wildflower area with orchids. Soil is mainly acidic and a band of specimen rhododendrons was planted 12 yrs ago. Development continues.
