Course content
– Origins and history of Reiki Tao Te Qi and the essential knowledge of the 1st degree.
– Training in the practice of a classical Reiki Tao Te Qi session.
– Learning of the Nei Gong of preparation before and after the practice.
– Practice of Lou Yong Tao Te Qi, a form of Sino-Tibetan Qi Gong, to develop a fine sensitivity to energy.

Reiki Tao Te Qi is a method of relaxation, revitalisation, well-being and health, which is practised by laying on of hands, for oneself, relatives, friends or clients.
It enables you to harmonise the circulation of vital energy in your body, your emotions, your thoughts, and thus to find a physical and psychological well-being. It gives the strength and enthusiasm to address life’s challenges with ease.
Whether you are a beginner or not, this workshop is for you! You will learn a simple method, easy to integrate in your daily life, with precise and clear guidance to the laying of hands. You will discover the secrets of the practices which mark the specifics of Reiki Tao Te Qi and its potential outcomes, you will be initiated into the 1st degree (known as Shoden). At the end of the course, you will be able to put your new skills to good use.
