Headington Gardens - Open Garden for NGS

Situated above Oxford, Headington is centred round an old village that is remarkable for its mature trees, high stone walls, narrow lanes and Norman church. The six gardens in Old Headington offer a contrast in styles and formality and there are traces of history: a partially cobbled courtyard for horses, a pound for stray animals, surviving rural surroundings and plaques honouring some of those who have lived here. One garden, Lower Farm, is new this year.
