Biking Vikings in Land of Oak & Iron
They’re back! The Biking Vikings are on their way to the Land of Oak & Iron!
The Biking Vikings North East is a group of drumming, pipe playing and horn blowing bikers who entertain people with their music whilst dressed as Vikings. The Northumbrian piper also plays whilst walking on stilts!
For the past 10 years The Biking Vikings (and their alter egos Adam Forster’s Biking Santas) have worked tirelessly to raise money for Brain Tumour Research. Their current fundraising total stands at over £57,000!
Come along and join in the music and be entertained while enjoying a cuppa and a treat from our café.
The Vikings will have a Viking biker’s boat, props and drums for our younger visitors to join in the fun. There will also be a little stall with pocket money gifts for children. Why not come dressed as a Viking and really feel part of this event!
Free event for all our customers, but please remember every single penny from donations to the Biking Vikings goes to Brain Tumour Research.
Please note our indoor and outdoor seating areas are for café customers. There is a lovely meadow area next to the Heritage Centre should you wish to bring a picnic.
