Ipswich Citadel Salvation Army celebrate 140 years
Heritage Open Day: A warm invitation to explore the past and present life of our Corps (church) as we celebrate 140 years of the Salvation Army in Ipswich. As we celebrate our 140th Anniversary, the Salvation Army in Ipswich would like to welcome you to our new citadel - a mere 30 years old! Tours, photos, artefacts and videos will give a flavour of our life, work and worship throughout the 100 years or so at Tacket Street and in more recent times, following our move to Woodbridge Road in 1993.
