Lighthouse Aqua Tai Chi ® is a gentle and enjoyable progressive exercise, that is mindful and holistic. It is suitable for all levels of fitness and you don’t have to be a swimmer. The slow, gentle movements are designed to help improve your balance and co-ordination, to strengthen the joints and boost your well-being.
There is soothing background music and warm water to encourage relaxation and help you to unwind, letting go of stress and worry. The sessions are fun and friendly, non-competitive and a great way to make new friends.
