Thelma Post is a 93-year-old grandmother who loses $10,000 to a con artist on the phone. When the police prove inept, Thelma takes matters into her own hands. After stealing a souped-up mobility scooter from her friend Ben (Richard Roundtree), the pair eventually team up, setting out to retrieve her money from the scammer (Malcolm McDowell). June Squibb, herself 94, gives the performance of a lifetime in this warm hearted comedy caper. (USA 2024)
