Live Music: Alien Chicks for Independent Venue Week
As part of Independent Venue Week 2026, Basingstoke Music Initiative presents: Alien Chicks with support from Slumber, Gumdrop and Kiss My Brass
Come and support your local independent arts and music venue this January to see some incredible live music acts as you have never seen them before, in this intimate Basingstoke venue!
Alien Chicks are a trio hailing from the streets of South London, known for their electrifying blend of punk, rap and jazz. They create a sound that is both raw and innovative, capturing the spirit of London's underground music culture. The lineup features the vocals and sharp guitar work of Josef Lindsay, the pulsating basslines of Stefan Parker-Steele, and the explosive drumming of Martha Daniels.

Age Guidance: 12+ but under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult
Accessibility: This will be a predominantly standing room-only gig, however we can provide seating area to the side of the stage.
The venue is all based on the ground floor and so accessible for most wheelchairs. We have some limited disabled parking and an accessible toilet. If you have any specific access needs or would like more information, please call us or email so we can ensure your visit is as enjoyable as possible
