School House - Open Garden for NGS
A fairly newly created medium sized cottage garden next to the River Lyvennet in a village setting. Next to the house is a formal garden of lawn, herbaceous borders and box hedging. Then we have a small orchard, and vegetable beds. A wilder area contains a meadow, a natural spring fed pond and a ditch as a flood mitigation measure. We also have a number of green roofs and a riverbank sitting area.
