Brampton East Gardens - Open Garden for NGS
A selection of gardens of differing sizes and styles. Huffnpuff was built in 2019 so is a fairly new garden on a steep south facing slope, currently developing. Sands Cottages, Back Lane, are 3 small, but very different hidden gardens. 8, 10 & 11 Tree Gardens are 3 neighbouring gardens with their own characters, all different in style maturity and design. These small gardens are mainly on a slope, with different priorities. The Community Garden is a productive vegetable and soft fruit garden, with 40 members, which anyone can join. Woodlands is a large garden on a steep hill with ponds and a stream and wildlife habitat being an important feature. Ivy Cottage is an interesting and varied garden with wilder areas and some more formal areas. Mecanopsis will hopefully be in flower.

Check website for latest information. Sun 31 May (1-4). Combined adm £5, Children free. Home-made teas at Huffnpuff. Visitors can picnic at the Community Garden, weather permitting. The Sands grassed area can also be used for picnics which also has a roofed shelter. Times:13:00 to 16:00.
