You may well know how to identify birds by what they look like, but what about by how they sound like? This small, friendly course will try to reveal the easy way to tell one bird's song from another. From the 'fast bowler' chaffinch, and the repetitive chiffchaff, to trickier problems like separating reed and sedge warblers.
Led by our experienced staff member, this will mostly be a practical course out on the reserve. Please wear clothing suitable for the weather.
The only toilets are at the visitor centre, and will be available before and after the course.
The visitor centre also has a lovely cafe, for you to buy refreshments at once the course concludes
