3 hour Summer Foraging course with Kathryn Clover of Hedgewitch Adventures (aka Hedgewitch Kat!). In a beautiful waterside park.
We'll learn about:
*plant families (e.g Umbellifier - Carrot, Solanaceae - Tomato, Asteraceae - Daisy...)
*how to identify edible and poisonous plants using all the senses
*legality, health and safety in foraging
*With 3 wild-crafted Tapas for you to taste, based on the plants we find
* Plus a wild herbal tea!
Every ticket holder gets a free copy of Kathryn Clover's E-book, 'Summer Wild Tapas', plus any extra recipes from the day.
