About the Event:
Over this Wild Weekend there'll be a number of events and activities happening in the centre and around the reserve, including:
Otter Walks:
Rise and shine for an early walk with our expert guides to discover the hidden world of otters.
Birdwatching and Identification Walk:
Discover the unique birds species that call this wonder wetland home.
Bat Walk:
Our expert guides lead a fascinating walk to discover the hidden world of bats.
Clay Pumpkin Workshop:
Create your own clay pumpkin with ex-Denby Master Potter Sean Flint, while connecting with nature at Attenborough Nature Reserve.
Forest Bathing:
Take a moment to unwind and recharge for a relaxing 2.5-hour immersive mindfulness session in our private woodland area.
Autumn ID Walk: Trees, Leaves & Berries:
Take a moment to reflect on the changing seasons by joining us for an autumnal ID walk at Attenborough Nature Reserve.
Pond Dipping:
Join us for a fun pond dipping session and discover the hidden world beneath the water’s surface.
