Restore22, Fora’s annual wellness festival, is back again this September, ready to nurture your mind, body and soul. The uplifting 12-day festival in London will feature expert advice from leading names in contemporary culture; from the healing power of humour, benefits of good gut bacteria, to talks tackling the BIG subjects - psychosis, suicide, race, lockdown, menopause, toxic-masculinity, sex, and much, much more.
With a mission to inspire, Fora has curated a unique series of experiences and opportunities to practice wellness and introduce wellbeing into our everyday lives. Taking place across Fora’s tailored workspaces for forward thinkers, tickets will be available to the general public and Fora Residents. The programme will spark new ideas, connections and experiences, with an aim to raise smiles, awareness and funds, with all proceeds going to children’s charity, Magic Breakfast.
Voices joining the Restore22 programme include British musician and mental health activist, Professor Green; actor and presenter David Harewood MBE; broadcaster, author, campaigner who co-authored ‘Cracking the Menopause’, Mariella Frostrup; alongside fellow co-author and founder of Menopause Mandate, Alice Smellie; comedian Grace Campbell; Sunday Times bestselling author of 'The Transgender Issue: An Argument for Justice’, Shon Faye; comedian, Maisie Adam; writer and creator of The Room Next Door, Michael Spicer; and Welsh comedian, Kiri Pritchard-McLean. Plus The Gut Stuff; a fitness class by Bouncy Boots and workshop from Lotte Mikkelsen, Your Everyday Laughter Queen, Create Conscious Community and more.
