Heritage Open Day: See what's on behind the doors of the Town Hall on Saturday 7 September, 11am-3pm with a chance to meet the Mayor and inspect the insides of the Town Hall chamber! You’re invited to see what’s kept in the Town Hall’s Chamber - from paralympic torches to the spectacular ‘bling’ cabinet! The Mayor of Aylesbury will be there too so come with any questions and have a snoop around the Mayor’s Parlour. There’s even a chance to have a cuppa with the Mayor himself! Learn about the history of the Town Council, Town Mayor’s of the past and the historic paintings in the Parlour. Happy exploring!
