Amateur radio meets one of the architecturally trickiest churches in the East Riding

Heritage Open Day: Broadcasting on air to join the Churches and Chapels on the Air (CHOTA) from an often-overlooked, beautiful medieval church about 4 miles from the town of Howden. Historical exhibition and archaeology talk. Amateur radio enthusiasts will join with amateur radio stations in the UK and beyond to air and take part in the Churches and Chapels on the Air (CHOTA) at what Pevsner states is one of the trickiest churches in the East Riding of Yorkshire.
There will be
- an exhibition of artefacts and old photographs during the day and Susan Butler, a local historian will be on hand to answer any questions.
- an archaeological walk and talk around the church by local expert, Stephen Lonsdale.
